That is BEAUTIFUL. Can’t quite zoom in enough to read the entire verse though. I wish I was stalking someone so that I could send them this card. I mean someone tangible, of course. We all know I stalk and obsess.

  2. Dio says:

Actually, its rather nice. ^^ I might wanna buy a few…..do they come with red envelopes? XD

  3. Guise Dugal says:

Dio, sadly no, I think they are just plain white. By Valentines I hope to find a better self-publisher that CafePress that maybe lets me choose.

Amy, it isn’t stalking it’s merely appreciating the company of another from a distance*.

    The poem from inside:

In the fresh Spring, balmy Summer,
and through the still and calm Fall,
    I’ve admired your great beauty
and longed to receive your call.

The year has been such a long one,
watched you be both naughty and nice.
    Virtue becomes its own reward,
whilst being bad comes with a price.

For you tempt and you tease me,
and then you withdraw, stay away.
Do you not know my true desire,
to unwrap you on Christmas Day.

As the festive night draws upon us,
I shall come visit you myself.
We’ll play our own reindeer games,
I’ll be you secret jolly elf.

So my darling and my sweetheart,
as your shadowed admirer, I implore.
    Wear something sensual and relaxing,
and don’t lock up the back door.

I will creep into your bedchamber,
for a little Jingle Bell rocking.
I assure you it isn’t just Santa,
that wants to fondle your stocking.

We’ll get to be alone, us together,
on an quiet, intimate Christmas Eve,
My Candy Cane, your stocking stuffer,
for it is better to give than receive.

    * A distance stipulated by court order/numerous threats of violence/razor wire fence/trajectory of pepperspray.

Well, I just think that’s precious. As far as I’m concerned, if night vision goggles, and calling and hanging up on someone all hours of the night are not involved, you obviously just don’t care enough.
