I swear, once I know more on what I’m actually writing about, I’ll write about what it is.

On Content

I write about things that interest me and try to keep mundane real life drama off of this site as much as possible. My main goal here is to produce something that I enjoy writing and that others might enjoy reading. Few things are off-limits, so be warned.

I don’t tend to focus on any particular topic, instead bouncing around from post to post on random thoughts.

The best way I’ve found of describing it is the concept of the ‘idea hamster’ that I can have boundless energy on the little wheel in my head, can store a mass of ideas in my head that I can talk to people but I can never really produce more than small, infrequent oddities.

Occasionally, I’ll return to a topic or focus on something more in depth, and for that I keep things in the blossoming categories.

Frequent favourite topics of mine include: world domination, stalker poetry, quirky news stories, twi’leks, and giant robot mecha.

On Comments

I like constructive feedback on work, opinions on topics or just general, random conversation – and I can definitely do random.

I don’t require anyone to be registered to comment here, however I tend to think being registered is an advantage as it should help reduce confusion with duplicate names or imposterisation (is that a word?) and means you don’t need to fill out a form everytime you visit. It’s also shiny.

On Blogroll

The Notable Folk and Websites on my blogroll are people who I enjoy the writing or art of. I find them notable in that I like their style, wit or insight when they produce their work. They also are fairly approachable folk and actually give more to the social and friendly aspect of internet life. 

The Notable Folk are different from the Notable Websites as they tend to be more about the individual and their insight rather than on a focused subject matter.
